Review the submitted work and answers using the criteria shown in the Invite. Internal notes should stay factual and role-relevant.
Before selecting somebody:
confirm the correct role or piece of work;
confirm compensation, dates and deliverables;
confirm usage rights and exclusivity;
make sure the funded place or reward is still available;
send the confirmation through The Connect.
Do not ask shortlisted creatives to produce extra unpaid speculative work unless that stage and its compensation were part of the original Invite.
Tell unsuccessful applicants once the decision is final. A status update is part of running a credible opportunity, not an optional courtesy.
