Create a Creative Invite

A strong Invite gives people enough clarity to make a real decision before they give you their time.

Start by choosing the format that matches the work: Creative Brief, Challenge, Casting, Promo / Experiential or Direct Invite.

Then define:

  • the purpose and creative context;

  • roles, deliverables or submission requirements;

  • how many creatives you plan to select;

  • compensation for each role or selection;

  • dates, deadline, working times and location;

  • usage rights, licence, exclusivity and territory;

  • selection criteria and decision timing;

  • expenses, travel, equipment and cancellation where relevant;

  • any genuine hard requirement;

  • whether access is Public, Closed or Direct.

You can save a draft without paying. Funding happens only when the Invite is ready to go live.

Avoid vague phrases such as “great exposure” in place of compensation. Do not hide a large piece of unpaid speculative work inside the application stage.
