Students keep personal profiles, projects and opportunity access. Where progress tools are enabled, the institute may see limited information connected to its support role. The exact visibility should be explained before linking.
Members/Staff
Members/Staff may manage the institute page, verify relationships or view approved institute tools depending on their permission.
A person can be both a Student or Member/Staff and an independent creative. Use one personal identity and switch context where the product supports it.
