For a standard self-service Invite, The Connect charges the client a 20% service fee on top of the creative budget. There is no £150 minimum fee.
The creative budget is the amount set aside for creatives. The Connect does not deduct its 20% fee from the amount shown to them.
VAT is added to The Connect's fee where applicable.
Example
One Event Manager at £22 per hour and one Brand Ambassador at £16 per hour, both for five hours:
Creative budget: £190.00
The Connect fee at 20%: £38.00
VAT on the The Connect fee at 20%: £7.60
Total: £235.60
This example uses the standard UK VAT rate. If the creative's own service is subject to VAT or PAYE deductions, that is shown separately and is not The Connect's fee.
