Respond to a Direct Invite

A Direct Invite is a private offer sent to you for a specific funded role or place.

Read the complete offer before replying, including:

  • the client and project;

  • your role and compensation;

  • dates, hours and location;

  • deliverables and usage rights;

  • expenses, travel or equipment;

  • expiry time;

  • cancellation terms;

  • any 18+ or other hard requirement.

You can:

  • Accept if you can commit to the terms;

  • Decline if the work is not right for you or you are unavailable;

  • Message if something needs to be clarified before you decide.

Accepting confirms the terms shown in the Invite. A casual message does not replace them. If the client changes the rate, dates, rights or scope, make sure the official engagement is updated before agreeing.

Declining does not damage your account. A clear decline helps the client offer that funded place to somebody else.
