Keep your account secure

Your profile may hold work, messages, payment information and access to an organisation. Treat it like a professional account, not a throwaway login.

  • Use a unique password you do not use elsewhere.

  • Keep control of the email address connected to your account.

  • Do not share verification links or one-time codes.

  • Sign out on a shared device.

  • Review unfamiliar organisation members or account activity promptly.

  • Keep payout and legal details accurate.

  • Report a suspicious email or unexpected account change to support.

The Connect will not ask you to send a password, full card number or full bank details through an ordinary support message.

If you think somebody has accessed your account, reset your password first, then contact support with the email on the account and a short description of what changed.
