The work comes first
Profiles are built around projects, skills and creative direction. Discovery should help the right work travel further, not reward whoever already has the biggest audience.
Opportunity is more than a job listing
A Creative Invite can be an open brief, a casting, a Challenge, a live campaign or a direct offer to named talent. The format changes with the work, while the core details stay visible: what is needed, what it pays, what the timeline is and what happens next.
Paid work is funded before it goes live
For a funded Invite, the client puts the creative budget behind it when it is published. That gives both sides a visible payment route instead of relying on a promise made in a message.
Self-service stays at the centre
Clients should be able to find talent and run an Invite themselves. Talent Support is there when another pair of hands would genuinely help. It is not a gate creatives need to pass through.
